Default Fuel pressure or htev servo problem ?

Hi guys just finished painting my wheels, also the seats too are done on cbr 929

now i am preparing the farings but i have a little problem.
when i turn on my bike and he gets the normal temperature when i am driving it he have some problem from 2000 to 4000 rpm is not reciving the gas and its not working as well but after 3500-4000 rpm is going good and not making any problems its just in the 1 first gear ??

my fuel pressure regulator is crushed from that site whos tube is going in carbs ?

any suggestions?

that side is crushed and blocked(with a plastic small tube like blocker) on regulator or maybe the problem is fuel pump or something and the bike is not going as well from 2000-4000 rpm after those rpm is good.also i remove a htev servo from exhaust but the htev servo is not a problem something else is :/

A damaged regulator should be replaced anyway. Fix that and see if the problem goes away.
