going to myrtle beach kinda spur of the moment this coming weekend,,,my question is ,,my back tire is shot, threads showing shot,,,i know how most you guys feel about the tomahawk tires but my money is a little tight so its either something cheap to cruise the strip or leave it home?what would you do?

guess i could always pimp the "Z"

I would take the Z. Save the money on the tomahawk and get a good tire when you get back.

that's what I was wondering? I got shinko's and I though those were the lowest on the tire food chain even though I have had no issues with them!

I got a Shinko on mine. Nice tire...but gets stiky when warm. So no rollin burnouts. I like it, but when its gone i'm goin back to a maxxis. Maxxis takes a beating and still looks strong. Take the bike no matter the trie...but just be smart about it, don't play around. ya know
