I don't know if your running stock bar ends, but they are the majority of what absorbs the vibration. I had a set of aftermarket ones on there and they aren't as heavy as the stock ones. Plus you can also put deadening plugs/bars inside the clipons to help out too. Have you checked your balance of your rim? Are the forks set right in the triples?
I had vibrations at different speeds though. Mostly triple digit, but doing the things above or rechecking, has pretty much removed any vibrations below 150 (track speed).
Answering your question specifically, I have not put clip-ons on. I know that most bikes I have ridden with heli-bars, genmars, don't reduce vibration unless you do one of the above. These only change the shoulder/arm/wrist position for riding, making it more tolerable for longer periods of riding this beast.
