im about to change the spark plugs in my 929 again.. and i was wondering how long everyone else was going between changes.

 

It may sound like overkill but I change my plugs about every 2500 miles. But, I get all of my parts at cost so it dosent hit my pockets at that hard.

 

Yeah, I had about 9 grand on my plugs when I changed them - it made a big difference in performance, so although 2500 might be overkill, 9000 was too long, I think.

Just curious, 45th 929 guy - do you go after the plugs from the top or the front? I've heard debates either way - I go in from the top, seems easier to me.

 

i went with the top last time.. ive been told to try the front. either way its a pain.. i'll prolly just stick to going in from the top. but i do think the manuel says to change them from the front. but ive never seen it done that way.
