Default CBR929rr engine case

HI All

I'm going to rebild my CBR929 engine and thinking of taking CBR954rr cylinders case to install on my CBR929rr engine bottom end.

In order to gain more HP, Asking someone to help to know some info here...

Then I don't need to bore and replating my 929rr cylinder...And I have 954 top end cylinders....is that good idea???

You will not see enough HP gain to be worth your time and money. There are more differences than just the bore of the cylinders. Here are just a few other things different on the 954: throttle body size, ecu, injectors, valve springs, cams. Only changing the top engine case and keeping the rest from your 929 will result in very small gains if any.
