Default Bar risers?

Anybody using bar risers on their 929? Did you have to change anything else?

Did he have to get longer cables or have any other problems with controls as that can make it expensive

those are freestyle ingenuity - they're the only company that i know of that makes risers for the 929/954. you have to drill 4 holes in your top yoke (2 for each plate)

i've used them. it's like night and day as far as riding. i love dirty bars

you'll need longer brake lines. the cables are really close and so is the clutch, but i was able to make it work.

I'm gona check those out,I've already got longer braided lines so I should be ok. I did find some bars on ebay,1" rise and adjustable bar angles.

i went +5 and +7 inches on my lines, and i probably could have gone +3 and +5, but that'd be pretty close. you have to remember that the master cylinder will be sitting much further to the right as well as being higher up.

but if you do go the dirty bar route, you won't regret it. when you first ride it, the front will be SO light, but after a week or so, it'll be like second nature.

i don't really miss clip-ons until the speedo rises north of 120
