I was lookin at my pipe the other day and I read somewhere that removing the cone that is welded between the can and the pipe will improve it.
I have searched and cant find the thread. so anyone have any input on this
it is an erion Slip on exhaust and I want it not really louder but a bit throatier if that makes sense..

 

i think I've heard that too, but i honestly don't think it would be a noticeable improvement, either in performance or sound. I wouldn't waste my time...
