929 fuel pump not priming

Tested both sides of fuse 20a fuse housing and theres power flowing through, disconnected fuel injector connector and tested black/white wire along with all of the others and got no reading

When I bought this bike a few months ago it had the same problem amongst the stator/ rectifier and cam sensor which I replaced but all I did was take the fuel pump out test it and put it back in and it primed
