Default 929 FI red light

Hey guys I just did plugs and new fuel pressure regulator on my bike today. Upon reinstalling everything I got done and started the bike. Idle seems really low for some reason. Its never done it before but I am getting a quick red flash red flash long pause red flash red flash long pause...Im guessing that is code 11....I cant find out whats wrong with it and its just ticking me off! It runs fine but I cant stand having this light on!

Any suggestions?

Look for something unplugged. Things like the map sensor and IAT sensor can be overlooked easily. Did you remember to take the plug out of the regulator?

Yes put a new o-ring on it. Both map and iat are on the airbox correct? if so they are both plugged in.

Is it normal that once you are riding for the light to go solid red?
