i just bought a 2000 929 with 3456 miles on it bike is mint but i have clutch noise and little grind on take off, in 2001 there was a recall on this problem .just wanted to know if anyone works at a dealership and knows if honda will still honor this problem and the recall to a diferent owner?

 

there used to be an article on here that showed some punch marks that would show you if the recall was already done on your bike.

i would just call a local dealership and ask them to run the vin for recall info and then ask them if it hasntbeen done if it would still be honored. cause honestly dealers are independent and one might honor it and aother might not
