05 cbr1000 oem exhaust on a 929
So I have this OEM undertail exhaust that th PO gaveto me when I purchased th 929. He was planning on installing it but never got around to it. It's only now peaked my interest to possibly installing it and had a question. Would there be any benefit to installing it? Right now I have a full Hindle exhaust.

The length and how the gases are compressed in the midpipe is what gives you low and midrange but there would be a limit until you choke the **** out of the beast.
It sounds like exhaust work is a black art ,as I cannot find the answers to my project for a GP style exhaust.
Noone's sure if removing that flappy valve is a good idea or not for midrange.
I have a tuner here who wants 350 bucks a dyno so too xxxy to try a few styles
Standard ecu should learn to make allowances is something I have been told but 316 stainless tube is xxxy

Aussie slang it means expensive
By compressing the gases through reduction in pipe size you can give better midrange but to what extent is where it becomes a brainfu*k.
A dyno tuner told me that if you compress the gases (reduce pipe size) you are still doing the same as a longer midpipe. He also said to expand the size of the pipe in the muffler and that will still give you top end.
I think I will give it a go but still unsure about the htev, but if I remove it, it gives me more room to play with.
