You can use the CBR600F3 17" front wheel, It is a direct bolt in and uses the 93 RR rotors and since you are not using the speedo drive you can use the 95-97 spacer to replace the speedo drive. I have one on my 99 RR, But my setup required some modifications. For your 93 RR setup there are no mods needed except the spacer to replace the speedo drive. As I stated direct bolt in with the spacer for your front end and done, Use a 120/70/17 tire of your choice

Thanks for the info guys, I have a lead on a '96 600rr wheel on craigslist for $40, think I'll try to snag it as it sounds as if it will bolt up fine. One hurdle down, about a thousand to go.....

Cheers,

Trent

Thanks,

It took us 2 months to find one thru a friend of a friend. Most people that have them think they are useless..check out independant local repair parts places..see if you can post a needed note on their board. I am in a town of 11,000 people and we have 2 independant places here.. I will check for you.

Sorry for the newb question but, what are the years of the F3 600RR? and how do the F2 and F3 front wheels differ?

If it helps, I put a 17" F3 front rim on my '97 900 and it was a perfect fit, no mods necessary. I'm not sure what year the F3 wheel was though.
