Mature owner, as stock as possible, decent low mileage but not super low like it's been sitting forever, if 93 about 18-26k is about right. I got my 94 at 19k. Stock fairings is best....and little luck won't hurt. Don't shy away from spending just few hundred more for that firm seller, knowing his bike is worth it.

Owner is 52 and so was the owner before him. Stock fairings is? - sry but I need to ask. Can see some oil on 1 of the forklegs, sweating? Gear is working ok and it sound good.

But is it something I need to look close at?

Stock fairing is original...no custom paint job. Make sure bike never lay down or dropped. Frame is 100% straight...you should be able to go at least 75mph...no swerves.
