What did I just do?
Hello all,
1994 CBR900RR 20 K miles
Part 1
I went to start it up on June 21st 2013 and it would not start. I jumped it using a my Honda Civic (vehicle off). While removing the battery cables from the bike I did touch the frame, bike shut off but started right back up when I started it. I let it run for about 10 minutes and stored it.
Part 2
July 4th I try to start it, will not start...I jump again (vehicle off, allowed to charge for 20 minutes, thinking this is where I effed it up) Bike ran for about 2 minutes and then the headlights cut off. I turned it off and I tried to restart and the headlights never came back on and the bike kept trying to turn over as if I were still pushing the start button (even though I wasn't pushing the button).
Bought a new battery.
Indicator lights are working. (Neutral)
NO headlamps or ignition when I push the start button. Nothing...not even a click.
All fuses that I have found are good. Including 30 amp fuse attached to the Starter Relay.
HOWEVER!... I did find this this is the wire next to the Starter Relay.
What's the diagnosis? Any suggestions? Any and all help is appreciated.

i would change that whole wire on the red side. but before i would test current on both sides to make sure the connection is there. i would also check for other burnt wires. the could be a hot wire that is still grounded out somewhere. if you generated enough heat to melt the plug there its possible else where. sry to hear about ya issues man i hope u get it figured out
