I have had my engine casings and covers cerakoted and when they were returned there was this bit......I have no idea what it is, does anyone recognise it as a part of a RRW engine and if so where the hell does it live?

Looks like the plate (baffle plate of some sort) that fits inside the cylinder head cover. Got my '92 Blade engine apart at the moment and just looked - looks the same. It should be flat and is held on by 3 bolts (see the 3 smaller holes). It doesn't seem to be listed as a separate part and so I'll have to get some gasket paper to remake the gasket on mine (the green gasket on yours) as it ripped getting this cover out so I could "check/clean" it ....

I have just fitted it, it is a baffle plate on the underside of the Head cover.
