I'm in Albany now, but I'm from the city. I've lived or visited all over the state From Potsdam, Watertown, Syracuse, Rochester......And its freakin' cold!!!!

 

nice and warm here in FL. oh yeah did i mention its bike week and 80 degrees and the sun is shining

 

I know Bob the owner of Empire GP, a very nice guy and does awesome paint and body work for half the price of new parts. So I'm guessing this gas tank repair work cost you about $250.

I also do body repair work for bikes and can fix some gas tank damage. http://www.allsportcycles.net/projectrebuild.htm.

I'll be doing the paint and body all over again here soon. A theif stole my bike and trashed all the fairings and put a dent in the gas tank. I'm also in the process of making a solo cowl for the rear..should look factory finish when done. The last paint job was done in a hurry and the flames did not come out as good as i can paint them now. next paint job will be a race bike paint theme.

 

Dude, that's heartless..... I'm a pre-med student, and I hope it works out that I never have to study in another nasty climate like this again.....

Yes Bob really hooked me up.... The othe places I talked to, didn't even get back to me until after I bugged them for weeks and then wanted 500 dollars. My bike is completely redone.... I will post pics when I get it back hopefully soon. The works being done at PCW racing.... They also have given me love.... But like I said before, I bought the bike before I knew what a cbr forum was.....

I just have to drop off my tank and make a few adjustments... but if the bike were ready I'd probably would ride too....40's like spring right? Post some pics of your bike.....
