Testing Spark plugs
How do you test spark plugs?
I just changed mine and i think they may have gone bad. There only 2-3 months old with less than 600miles on them.
Maybe my ride eating them up.
How do I know?
I'm just a new .

If brand new (stock size/heat range) plugs are oily after a couple hundred miles, then you have blown piston rings. This is not a beginners job. But first things first:
1)Check oil quality. Old/dirty oil will have low viscosity and will make your bike run like ****. 2)Check for oil around where your headers mount to your exhaust ports on the motor. Any oil will indicate piston ring failure/blow-by(gaps in rings lining up allowing oil to pass through to spark plugs). 3)If it is indeed oil on your plugs, you need new piston rings and maybe piston. Let me know what you find out.
