I just bought a 1998 900rr and I can seem to get any fuel in the lines. I took the tank off and cleared blew throught the lines with the compressor and both reserve and reglularholes and heard it gothrough to bubble int he tank, but nothing returns down the lines. Any tios on what is going on?

 

Is there a vacuum line from the petcock to the cylinder head (just below the carb on the extreme right)?

If this line is missing or not hooked up, it will not open the petcock on a 96-99 (92-95 had electric fuel pumps and did not have this line).

 

Thanks puzzle it took me a while to find it but its all on now and it purs like a kitten ..... but spits acorns out the back haha something has been living in my muffler!

I will take a few rides to get all the acorns out!
