Does anyone know or have done a sub frame swap. I have a CBR 900RR and heard that I can take a newer sub frame from a 2004 CBR 1000RR and put it on my 900RR with some little mods. please help on any info on it and where I may pick up a 2004 sub frame. Thanks

 

ebay would be your best bet,, although you could just cut yours, which is what a lot of people do.. and either way at some point you would have to fabricate something together anyway.. theres a website called RRzone , its a lot like this site but the members over htere have dedicated sections on how to's.. there are plenty covering tail swaps and how they did it..
