Default Specialty tools

Hi RR riders!
I'm about to jump into a 3 bike project.
I don't have the specific tools for the swing-arm or engine frame mount lock-nut and I would prefer not to make them.
I happened to come across this on eBay and wondered if anyone has any input on something like this:

I'm in the US, so that kit is around 280$ delivered
I haven't been very successful at locating them individually.

This tool from ebay ($40) works for the swing-arm lock nut. It looks different than the OEM tool, but worked fine for me. If you're doing a full rebuild, the other tools might be handy, if not, then this one should do the job.
Good luck!

I think I'd be more inclined to buy only the tools that I specifically need at the time. One of the tools in that kit is an oil filter wrench. You probably don't need that, or want to pay a premium for it.
