Default Saggy front fork

96 900 RR

Mushy front end. 26k mile bike. Am I looking at having to do fork springs or just a fluid change? I dont see any leaking fluid so I dont think seals are blown...

I would replace the springs with ones that are for your weight. The worn out, 24 year old, lighty sprung stockers need to go. Put new seals and fluid in there while you're at it.
