Rear wheel

What is the easiest way to make sure i reinstal my rear wheell strait? I would measure from side to side and center it, but it doesnt look centered? Any tips would be helpful.

Make sure your chain is straight and your sprockets line up properly. If those are slimed your wheel is where it needs to be.
