I have a 99 CBR900RR. It seams my plugs keep fouling out. I can replace the plugs, and bike will run great for about a week or two. Then after that, they get fouled out again. I think the cyl. is number 1 and number 3 that keep getting fouled...any suggestions please.

sounds like a bad coil since its 1&3 they both run off number one coil.....might be going bad and it might be bad grounds on the coil i would start there... What about the carbs too??? look at the boots where the carbs mount to the motor does it look like it wet,black,or damp around the boot that would mean the carbs are causing the problem....

Also make sure you always get the bike upto @ least a 120 degrees every time you start it

 

What if it is wet around the boot for the carbs!?!? theen what!??!?
