hello to everyone, i wanted to ask if there are some naked steering plate compatible with my honda cbr 900 rr 1995, which is not that expensive in germany

Sorry I don't understand what you mean by 'naked steering plate'.

Can you explain?

hello, I mean the steering plate with the risers of another motorcycle, which goes well on mine, without making it a tailor-made

You mean a top yoke (triple tree) to bolt on street fighter style handlebars?

Most owners remove the yoke and drill it to convert it, and then fit universal handle bar clamps.

A 900 Hornet top yoke should fit

do not coincide, my diameter is 45, that of Hornet 900 is 43

And then you have to see the dimensions of the hole in the steering tube
