ok. so it's 470 ohms and the reading is fine.

so far we have tested

12v at both ignition coils - OK
12V at CDI - OK
CDI ground - OK
continuity between pulse generator and CDI - OK
pulse generator resistance - OK

i think the bike is in neutral already. so can you test the continuity in between Light Green wire at CDI socket and the battery negative.

ok. we have checked all necessary paths i guess.
you may check this too but it's unlikely to go bad both coil connections at once.

continuity between Blue/Yellow at ignition coil and Blue/Yellow at CDI socket
continuity between Yellow/Blue at ignition coil and Yellow/Blue at CDI socket

i think its either the pulse generatoe or the CDI unit itself. we need to have a peak voltage adapter or a multimeter capable of measuring peaks to test them 100%.

but for instance can you put it in to 1st gear, pull the clutch in, side stand up and then start the bike just to see if it gets spark.

I have a CBR1000F Hurricane that's doin the same thing , except for mine is losing voltage from the battery to the coils, it drops from whatever it is at the battery by around 3 volts for example if my battery is at 12.5 volts i have around 10.5 at the coils , any idea's ?

Sound like corroded terminals in connectors.

Can measure after each connector to see particular one that's at fault.

Then squirt it with electronics contact-cleaner (DeOxit or OxGard).

Right , that's what I've been doin today and to my surprise and idk why I'd be surprised at all cause it's just my luck , now the ole girl still isn't sparking while turnin it over , but after a minute or so it'll start sparking without doin anything but having the ignition and kill switch on.... lmao I'm about ready to pull what little bit of hair I have left out...lol

If you've confirmed no voltage-drop on way to coils, then it's defective ignition-unit.

There is a 3.5 to 4 volt drop at the coils and at the spark box , and now it's doin somethin that I've never seen before... it's sparking on it's own with only the ignition and kill switch turned on , but not while spinning the engine over... I'm stumped !!
