What do you need for the correct fairing support? I want to make sure all costs are covered before I buy anything
if youre interested in late model 900rr from an early model, (from say a 96, to a 99 900rr not 929) like what the previous poster suggested, What I did was get the 99 upper fairing support, and carefully cut the gauge support off of each one, and fit the old gauge bracket onto the new support. be sure to check for the right fit inside the fairings, and on the bike. once sure it'll fit right, weld it up- paint it, and bolt on the rest of the plastics. done. for this conversion, you really just need a new tail section, rear seat, upper fairing, headlight, fairing support, fairing stay, and front fender depending on the year for it to look right. if you buy it from honda, it should only cost you like $1500.00-
