I was wondering if one of you that has a 95'ish 900rr with an owner's manual can tell me what octane fuel is originally called for in the manual.

 

It just says the motor is designed to run on 86 or higher, but then it goes on to say that low octane will bring 'spark knock' and/or 'pinging' plus deposits. I've never used anything but supreme (91 or 92, depending on the state) and I haven't heard a single ping.
