lol, my 99 has mid range cams, exhuast, carb kit, and other internals... and I wiegh 140 pounds. The bike fits like a glove!!!

Hello Everyone, I am new to the forum. Just wanted to share my newfound desire to get back on the bike! Well, i bought my '95 900 brand new back in the day and to date have only logged 2850 miles...yes, less than 3k...i actually just pulled out from its cover after a very, very long hibernation...almost 5 years...but started the prep work for Spring riding.

Just bought a 99 with 1,152 miles on it about a month ago and i am loving it.[8D]

 

I bought my 99 with 10,xxx on it last August it now has just under 16k miles and it just my weekend bike I ride my yamaha to work everyday I like to save the Honda for the weekends you know when the fun happens[sm=gears.gif]

 

I know I will probably come last in this thread, but I have a 95 with 28565. I believe that bikes should be ridden. But to those that have such low mileage, good on ya yours are now collectors items!

 

Hmmm my 97 has 25,000 and is showing no real signs of wear. On the size issue I am 135 lbs and feel better on my 900 than any 600 that I have ridden. I believe any bike will kill any rider if they do not show it respect. As a mater of fact I am very seriously considering buying a new 1000.
