just changed oil in my 99 cbr 900. the tec. at the shop said it took 3.8 us qt's. i got 4.wound up putting in all 4 and it still isnt up into the sight glass on the side cover.I'm alittle concerned about over filling it anyone have this happen to them?

 

Is your bike on the sidestand when you're checking the oil level? Bike has to be straight up - helps to have someone sit on it upright.
