Today I ran accross an ebay listing for a 93 900RR that I sold on ebay in 2003. It's quite a bit rougher but still looked enough like mine to prompt me to dig out some paperwork and verify by the VIN that it was my old bike. I'd bid on it just to get it back but I'm in Indiana and it's in New Jersey..... Oh well, cool to see it's still ticking.

Anyway, while I was digging through my paperwork I ran across a few other bike files. One of which was from my first new bike, a 1999 red and black 900RR.

I bought it in late '99 and rode it for all of 2000. In early '01 I traded it in to Chicago Cycle Center on a new 929rr. That's the last I know of it.

I know it's a long shot (and then some) but I thought I'd post the VIN from that bike in here just on the off chance someone knows the bike.
