Default How to remove the seat on a 95 CBR900RR Fireblade , to access the battery ?

I hope you all had a very happy Christmas with your family and loved ones and i wish you all a very happy end of year with your friends and/ or family !

I have a simple question , that despite my research on the net and in the service manual , i could not find the answer to !
How to remove the seat on a 95 CBR900RR Fireblade , to access the battery ?

I read somewhere on the net and maybe in the manual as well , that the access to the battery is done by removing the rider's seat and that there are two screws or bolts at the back of it or behind it but when i checked on the bike , i could not see those two bolts or screws at the back of the rider's seat , nor how to access them !

Could someone tell me how to remove the seat for i can remove the battery from the bike as i need to charge it ?

i have to charge the batteries of all my bikes ( and the only one on which i could not access the battery is my 95 CBR900RR !) , as i had a quite bad motorcycle accident 3 months ago and could not ride my bikes nor do anything on them !

i got run over by the two right double back wheels of the two back axles of a Big Tourism Coach
This resulted in a double fracture of the pelvis and the left elbow, as well a sunken, fractured and displaced ( between the pectorals ) rib cage but i can consider myself lucky to still be alive and not too bad !

There was on my right, a few dozens of meter away , a delivery truck parked in a forbidden place, along the sidewalk, at a place where the two traffic lanes narrow down to one lane (in the direction I was riding ), for several tens of meters and on my left, two huge tourism buses / coaches that were following one another.
And this, in a place of Paris where it is a terrible mess permanently to ride/ drive (one of the worst places in Paris).
When I saw that the delivery truck was not moving and that it was parked, the first tourism bus had already passed in front of me and seeing that I would not have the time to pass between the delivery truck and the second tourism bus, nor the time to overtake it, I braked but my front wheel slipped (maybe on something?) and I found myself under the second tour bus, just in front of its two double rear wheels, which ran over me !

If I remember correctly, there are two screws at the rear of the seat. You'll need to push the seat foam forwards to see them.

Honda put an 8mm bolt on each side of the seat, nice to have a ratcheting wrench to remove them. As mentioned, pull up the back corner of the seat on each side and you'll be able to see them.
