Hi!
So yeah, joining the 900RR club!
Yesterday I got 900rr 1997, it's in very good shape... except the 2nd gear... it's popping out.
Guessing it's nothing uncommon for these bikes, riding season is sill far away and I'm confident that with your help I will be able to repair the bike in time.
In the meantime, time to say goodbye to my first bike CBR F2. Had it for 3 years, really no major problems, nice solid bike, but I guess it's time for change

900s I have a 1992 and a 1998. CBR900s.
Before I had 76 BMW R90s, 79 CB1000, 84 GPZ600, 85 GPZ750t, 86 GPZ 900, 87 600 Hurricane, and an 89 Heritage Soft tail.
Since then Ive had; 02 Duc999r, 04 Daytona955i, 07 CBR1000rr, 14 Duc1198r.
I no longer have any of the GPZs or the Hurricane and might as well include the R90s as well since its clearly my daughters bike now (wont even allow me to do tune-ups on it) as it complements 'HER' GPZ600.. They've all remained 'In the family' The CB1000 got left somewhere far away and long ago.
Through it all its the 98 900 that is now my daily rider, and the Daytona, mostly the CBR.. Comfortable as hell, and tons of fun at the snap of a wrist. Ive ridden it 2500miles only making gas stops and still didn't have a busted ***. (plus on long trips.. its shaped so well you can wrap socks on rear pegs and tankbag of clothes and lay out on bike and 'NOT' take a nap going down the freeway. Especially if someone is riding beside you to nudge the bar end when needed for curves. The 92 is just as comfortable being the same bike. Ironically the 07 is a pain in the *** after 400miles. It dips better and feels lighter, but that's it.
Ive also had a VMax, Sabre, Busa, V-rod and a Fatboy.. But they were all bought then sold within a year along with a few others(unless I want to keep them I don't count them except as mistakes). So even though I may Bitch about the ones I did keep, I DID keep them.. So its out of luv that I point out their flaws..
