HELP, trying to fit a Hugger to a 1998 Fireblade

I have recently bought a 2nd hand Ermax Rear Wheel Hugger for my CBR900RRW blade but it came with no fittings.. the chain side is easy as it fits using the chain guards bolts, but the other side is different as there are no holes to use...

Does anybody know how to fit these, or does anybody have any spare fixings available?
