HELP NEEDED
HI guys i was wondering would there be any difference between a original paper airfilter to say a k&n or bmc filter?
Im refering to performance wise i know that the after market will last much longer you can wash them,but with performance i dont think you will feel any difference,what you guys say?
My other question is going down onetooth smaller on the front sprocket
stock is 16-42 so going to 15 in front,will that make a big improvement on our bikes?how much topend will i lose?
OH by the way i have a 1998 HONDA CBR900 with 22000km.

You prolly wont be able to tell much difference with say a k&n filter over stock. They are nice tho cuz you can clean them. As for the sprocket change, you should prolly get a little more acceleration from it. Wheelies should also be a little easier...if you're into doing them(not that wheelies on a 900 aren't easy already). You won't lose much top speed at all. I have a -1 +2 setup on my 97 and I still have plenty of top speed..more than i really need lol. Sprocket changes are a simple and inexpensive mod to get a little more snap out of your bike. I say go for it.
