Is this a good deal?
I just sold my 99 f4 and want a more powerful bike and came across this add. The guy says it has 38,000 miles on it, original clutch, valves adjusted 1500 miles ago, and he is the original owner. What do you think?

If I don't get another bike I might end up getting this and my Fiance will forever be pissed. HAHA

Yes, it is a lot. My 96 has 15,XXX. But then again, I live in a wet snowy state. But then again, I ride all year anyway. But then again, I've only had mine since August. But then again, I did put 3XXX miles on it.
looks likea nice bike but you will have to see it in person and check it out. th eprice is decent too . the milage is high but if he is the original owner and has taken care of it you have nothing to worry about.
You could find one with less miles and with the orginal tank for that or cheaper it looks like that tank has been painted. Those bikes are all over the place if you like craigslist.org try crazedlist.org you can search all over to find one. Just be patient
I don't think the miles are that big of a deal, just because you have year round riding in Cali. the price isn't too bad, they kbb a little high, trade in is a little lower. and the Valves being done save you on some PM $.
