Glad to know a cbr 900rr is still competition worthy

So you had someone else get the old bearings out for you? That was the hard part, I had to buy a set of blind bearing pullers. And also had to heat up the wheel around the bearing.

Really? The guy that runs our shop has a bunch of quads and such so he's ussually good with this sort of thing. And he just took a hammer and big punch and with a few well placed hits,,,they were out.

I got a guy that works the parts counter at the local Honda dealer. And every time I need to do something that's new to me, I give him a call and he tells me what I need to do and how to do it. It wouldn't hurt to get to know someone like that. When I had to do the head gasket, I know for a fact I would have ruined the head if it wasn't for his advice.

Well, my little girl is a '93. Engine re-build 4 months ago... hehehe. I 'NOW" have 3 sets of sprockets and a few chains, so I can choose my ride. To school/fast or to The other side of Texas/lower. I'm about to tear her down and do paint and a LOT OF LIGHTS. I did get walked by a NEW cbr1000rr..... Duh but the kid couldnt turn a corner,

I'm sure you already know this but use caution when adding lights. I had strobes and leds on my bike which caused all kinds of electrical issues. The RR is not that great at producing electricty
