Default Gearing

I have a 95 900rr, I already did the 520 chain conversion kit and went one tooth down in the front and stock in the rear (43 teeth). Now its time to replace the rear vortex aluminiun sprocket. Man they wear out fast. I am going up two teeth in the rear. Do you think I will need to change my chain? As it is now with the stock rear and the down one in the front my chain is a little long. Meaning when I put it on the bike brand new, the slider blocks on the swingarm were already on the replace chain mark. I am hoping by adding two teeth to the rear and not changing anything elsemy chain will be close to being in the proper adjustment. Thanks for any input you guys have.
