Default Fuel Cut Regulator

Anyone know of a cheap place online to buy a new fuel cut relay besides eBay?
Mine burnt out a while back and I've just been gravity feeding fual but sucks that I have to keep at least a half tank or it wont feed through the lines & fuel filter good enough, need that pump hooked back up.

Thats kinda strange.. I've heard so many people running without their pump and still pulls like normal.

Yeah, think all the years past 93-94 were gravity feed as stock, without changing the shape or location of the fuel tank, carbs, etc. If your bike is starving out or bogging at high rpm the easy possibilities are: clogged fuel filter, out of sync carbs, or out of time. The first one is the easiest, cheapest and probably the most likely. I'm running straight gravity feed on my 93 and it pulls like a **** all the way up to the peak, and I have heard other people are getting pretty much the same result with gravity feed. And i'm not a big weight counter, but ditching that fuel pump does save you a couple pounds.

BTW, I totally dig the flat black treatment on your bike

hmm, maybe the problem is that I don't have a vaccume line hooked up. Could also be the fuel filter, probably time to change that out as well. I never had a vaccume line hooked up, ever since I bought it, so actually not positive as to where it would connect. Any clues?
Had it die on me the other day when it got down to about a half tank, filled up and took 10 min before it would fire up again, not feeding fuel through the lines without the pressure of the extra gas. Also seems like it's spuddering a lot, again probably from not getting enough fuel. Probably time to get some carb work too.

Thanks about the color, I love it. It's actually a real dark primer gray. I just recently put allblack CBR & 900RR decals onher then clear coated it, waiting for another nice day to take new pics.

Yeah, i know that little vacuum line that you are talking about. The little one that runs from the underside of the tank to the fuel pump? When I went from pump to gravity I kinked it over and put a zip tie on it. Now the tank pressures up. A lot. So i don't think it is actually a vacuum line, but a vent for the tank. Not sure if its really a bad thing to have the fuel tank under pressure, at least it keeps fuel from evaporating out of the tank.

If it works, it works. The only line I have hooked up at all is the fuel line to the petcock

Does the fuel line need to be shortened when you remove the pump?? Just wondering...

I bought new fuel line and spliced it to get the fuel filter in there, I think it's about 6-8" total, 2 between the fuel filter & carb connection, and the rest from the petcock to the filter.

What kind/size fuel filter do you guys use? Mine is a gravity fed 97 but it didn't have a filter on it when I got it. I have been meaning to get one for a while but just keep forgetting.

I've just got whatever was on mine when I bought it, so probably needs to be replaced as well. Probably just pick up one from the local shop, don't know a brand name though
