i have forks from a 1997 cbr 900rr and was wondering if they would fit on a 1999 cbr 900rr. with the 99 front rim and rotors. im trying to save some money. the seals are gone on the 99 and i have the forks from the 97 and was hopeing to use them. so if anyone knows if they would PLEASE let me know thanks

 

buy new seals mate. sell the other forks and use the money for some nice linear springs as well while stripped down. heard a few people say they dont always match, there was a thread on here about front ends and years they fit. might be worth while trying to find it. hope this helps.

 

I'm with sas1810 bro, seel the extra forks, spend the 30 bucks on seals and fork oil (change them yourself, it's easy) and use the extra coin for other cool stuff.
