RE: fork oil
Onewheel: 10w fork oil should do - go to the dealer and buy honda fork oil - at my dealer the prices are actually the same or less than the aftermarket type shops - but any good brand will do. Find out the factory spec on the weight.
Keep in mind - fork oil is not just to absorb the shock of touching down wheelies, it affects the suspension for all the riding you do. You could go to a little heavier weight and give it a try - but you are probably always going to blow fork seals if you want to do wheelies.
Changing the seals is not that difficult if you have some wrench sense - consider getting the factory work shop manual for your bike - a must if you are going to do your own work. It will seem difficult the first time, but after you do it once it will all make sense and be easier next time round. At $200-400 I would learn to do it myself .
Hope this helps!
