Well I just put a Corbin seat on my 99 cbr 900 and i dont like it.
It sits you way back and low. On the factory seat I would sit back in the seat when i needed to and could slide up closer to the tank on those longer rides to give my hands a break from supporting most of my weight.
Does anyone else have this brand aftermarket seat and did it get better or did you get more used to it after riding with it for a while?

I don't like Corbins either. I had one on my VFR 750.
It was the same problem, the seat is very cushy and soft and you sit deep into it and it forms around you.
I don't think it's a good seat for sportbikes or at least for our bikes. Just my .02 [&o]

Nup...I think you are correct mate ...
I do not like the look nor the feel of them ...at least the ones that I have tried on other guys bikes.!!!
I am no Corbin Fan at all ...
If you do not like it ...get your money back if you can .... I have been told that they do not get better with use ,

My old girls original seat does me fine

I too had one on my 99 and I hated it. Too low and oddly shaped.
I personally was going to fit an 01-03 GSX-R 600-750-1000 seat to it but ended up getting a whole bike with the seat so.......They have the best stock seat I have yet to plop azz on and could be fitted if you were determined and crafty.
