Yeah, I know what you're saying about being prepared, I have been doing this regularly since 99'.

 

The -1/+4 could be either, where do you live (i.e., near a track?) Like pig said, it's variable. On my 600, stock is 16/43, but depending on the track have done:
-1/+3, -1/+2, 0/+2, 0/+1. Don't know the powerbands on the 900, so can't comment on their specific gearing.

But my gut feeling is it was a stunter bike.

 

Sorry for the late reply, but it camr from louisiana where the drag track was only 25 miles away. But i am in Houston known and wanted to take it to baytown to see what i can run, thats why i ask about the gearing, for as stunted nah.......but it has been wheelied, but hell all bikes has.
