Adjust 1993 CBR900 Fireblade carb?
Hi there
I have recently changed my right hand coil (spark 1 - 4) of my bike as it was buggered, and cleaned my plugs, but I did notice my number 4 plug was soiled (hence the misfire and twin sound). The bike ran better than ever for a short while before it started misbehaving again. I pulled the plugs again and noticed that my number 4 plug is soiled again, and only my number 4 plug, so that thows out the possibility that the coil is messed up since my number 1 plug is fine.
I only have a 1996 to 1998 manual and the carbs seem to be a little different compared to the 1993 model. Does anyone have a manual on the carbs for a 1993 900 Fireblade or any manual for the 1993 please as I think my fuel mixture is set too rich causing my #4 cylinder to flood, therefore soiling my spark plug?
Oh yeah, and i cleaned my carbs the week before so I dont think that my jets are clogged.
If anyone can lend a hand in a great tip or a manual, it will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Anyone? Please?
All the help I need is to know how much to turn on my pilots, in order to adjust my air fuel mixture, because I need to set it leaner. I can take carbs apart and put it back together but knowing how much to turn on the pilot screw is foreign to me.
1/10 turns? 1/4 turns at a time? 1/2 turn? Full turn?
Thanks

Dont worry about it, I found this on an old post.
Decided to put this on if anyone needed help on this too.
I located the seller and he told me that the bike has a Dyno Jet kit on, so I would need to follow their instructions.
Locate air/fuel screw, turn in until lock and then turn back 2 turns on each carb.
Then go and sync carbs.
Done
