When you flip the rim around are you using the spacers the same way or are you flipping those around also? The rim is round, and "square" at the same time. It is the same from side to side, or at least mine is. The rotors both stick off the rim the same amount on each side. All you should have to do is rotate the rim, leaving the spacers in tact. If a rotor is hitting the fork leg there is something drastically wrong. It would seem like the spacer is pushing the rim all the way to one side, but on reverve it should push it the same distance the otherway if every thing is correct. Take a picture and post it up here. That would help. Take on of it hitting the rotor, and one of it on backwards.
