92 fork problems, need help
hey all i have a 92 model 900
replaced the fork seals not long ago and since i bolted everything back together the bike sits about 2 inchs lower and bottoms out quite easily.
i have a workshop manual and did everything by the instrutions and illustrations, used the recomended fork oil and primed each leg as instructed.
any help would be so greatly appreciated, its starting to hurt my head trying to figure all this out.
cheers,
chris

Can you post some pics of what the forks look like on the bike? To make sure they are on correctly.
Did you use the correct amount of oil in each fork?
Did you remember to set the adjustments to what they were before you took the forks apart?
Did you have any parts left over afterwards?

used the recomended amount of oil as per the workshop manual, 502cc i think is recomended per side and the bottles i bought were 500cc so i just emptied them, 2cc couldnt make a difference.
no parts left over
both legs are in the correct place on the tripple clamp
i didnt un adjust anything to have to re adjust it but i'll get some pics up
