1993 CBR900RR rear drive axle assembly gap
#21
Ok so I got the brake and rotor side spacers (collars whatever ****) and a whole nother hub for good measure. Gonna rip it apart today or tomorrow and hopefully figure this whole thing out. Couple things though, if I put more space between the sprocket and swing, wouldn't that make the chain out of alignment? Another thing, if you look close at the pic of the rotor/brake assembly, you'll notice the actual brake caliper doesn't have a lot of space to move laterally. I'm certain the spacer is correct and will add a good 3/8" to to gap but I'm also worried that when assembled, the caliper will not seat properly around the rotor. Maybe I'm being paranoid but these two things could cause serious issues. Hack mechanic work seriously sucks.

Could these add a little space to the rear axle assembly?
