Soon i'll be looking to purchase around a '05 600RR.

Just wondering if a 600rr is too small for a 6' 90kg guy, or should I get a VTR or something similar?

The short answer is no.

The 05 600RR has enough power to move just about anything. I was 6' 2" 220 lbs. and I rode my 600RR for 2 years before I decided to move to a literbike. I made the move for two reasons. I'm carrying a passenger 98% of the time I ride, and I like the ergonomics when I have a passenger on the new 08 . There's plenty of power in the 600 for anyone.

Im 6'1 210 and im comfortable on mine.

 

If you ride solo you'll be super comfy. I would ride mine for 3 hour trips.

The riding position is pretty agressive on the RR's. If you take passengers a lot of the time you'll want some stomp grip to take the pressure off your arms and wrists.
