depends on if its after market or not. i have a aluminum rear sprocket witha 520 chain . my rear will last prob 10 15 thousand and chain will be good for twice that, if taken care of. i also have a good rk x ring chain though. cheaper products when it comes to bikes you usually get what you pay for
