Indeed. Put my deposit on it yesterday and am picking it up next week Friday.

My dad said the same thing about the damage (that it looks more than just a tip over), but in looking at it yesterday, it really isn't as bad as the pictures make it out to be. I believe that it did just tip over.

In my opinion, I got a pretty good deal.
