i have the GPR V4 and it has settings 1-20, im not a pro with steering dampers but it mainly has to do with how you take the turns and your own setup on the bike.... on the street i usually keep it on 10 but when I race I have it cranked all the way at 20 because accelerating out of the turns I guess I put so much pressure on the bars they tend to turn cause the front wheel slightly comes up off the pavement so I want to make sure the steering isn't turned when the tire tuches base.... tank slappers arn't fun at high speeds, eh
